Before you can apply to the program, you must register in either the Expression of Interest system or the Express Entry system to let the OINP know you wish to be invited to apply. The OINP has 9 streams you may qualify for.

OINP
The Employer Job Offer category gives foreign workers, international students and those with in-demand skills the opportunity to apply for permanent residence in Ontario if they have a job offer from an Ontario employer.
For workers with a job offer in Ontario. Three substreams: Foreign Worker, International Student, and In-Demand Skills.
For recent graduates from Ontario institutions. Two substreams: Masters Graduate and PhD Graduate.
Register an EOI profile, get scored and ranked. Invitations to apply are issued through regular draws.
